Measurement at 3m in Fully Anechoic Room (FAR)

Cage FAR (Fully Anechoic Room)

A Faraday room with ferrite tiles and pyramidal absorbers builded to be a full anechoic room can comply the site attenuation of an open area test site.
The emission measurements are equivalent and have the advantage to be also insulated from exterior sources of electromagnetic noise.
We obtain faster measurments in FAR

A FAR can be used for EMC tests (emission, immunity) and radio frequency tests.

  • Radiated emission type CISPR 16-1-4, ANSI C63.4 from 30MHz to 26GHz 
  • Radiated immunity tests type IEC 61000-4-3, EN 61000-4-3 from 80 MHz to 6 GHz 
  • Radio emission type EN 300 330 / EN300220 / EN300440

 

 

 

Measurement at 3 or 10m in our large semi-anechoic chamber

With its dimension (15m x 10m x 7m),  our Faraday room dedicated to the measurements at 3 or 10m worth its name of "large room".
With its large shielded door, these room can be used to test huge equipments.

These room can be used for EMC tests (emission, immunity) and radio frequency tests.

  • Radiated emission type CISPR 16-1-4, ANSI C63.4 from 30MHz to 26GHz (possibilty to extend to 40 GHz)
  • Radiated immunity tests type IEC 61000-4-3, EN 61000-4-3 from 80 MHz to 6 GHz (possibilty to extend to 40 GHz)
  • Radio emission type EN 300 330 / EN300220 / EN300440

 

 

 

Measurement at 3 or 10m in our open area test site 

Site de mesure en espace libreReference measurments for the emission tests, the equipment under tests is installed on a turntable  (0 to 360 degrees), the height of the antenna is adjusted between 1 to  4m. For each frequency detected, the position of the turntable and the height of the antenna are optimized to obtain the high value of the RF field.
The ambiant radio frequency spectrum add an electromagnetic noise and complexify the measure and its duration. 

Our open area test site is near our lab.

It is used for EMC emission tests and radio frequency tests.

  • Radiated emission type CISPR 16-1-4 from 30MHz to 1GHz 
  • Radio emission type EN 300 330 / EN300220 / EN300440
